How To Book Biometric Appointment For Canada From Pakistan
People in Pakistan applying for a Canadian visa can only schedule appointments for giving their biometric information by filling out an online form.
Personal Information:
VFS Global will gather personal information from the applicant just to schedule an appointment. Do not put personal information in emails, web chat, or text messages unless the appointment system needs it. The applicant will need to sign a consent form for this.
Emergency Biometric Appointments:
The rules for getting an urgent biometric appointment are: The passing of a close family member who lives in Canada. A close family member who is very sick and lives in Canada. An immediate family member is someone very close to you, like a parent, sibling, or child.

- — Grandchild in need of support
- — Mother, father, or someone who is not your real parent but is married to one of your parents. Someone who takes care of you and makes sure you are safe. People who need to get their fingerprints taken quickly must show proof of an emergency when they go to their appointment at the VAC.
- — Certificate from doctor or hospital stating that someone has died, and stating the cause of death.
- — Message from the Doctor/Nurse/Healthcare Provider/Department
- — “We got a letter from the funeral home.”
The VAC will tell IRCC about anyone who doesn’t show the right proof of emergency when they go to an emergency appointment at the VAC. IRCC will think about this when looking at the application. A quick appointment for biometric data in an emergency does not change how long it takes for IRCC to process the application or the decision.
We cannot schedule emergency biometric appointments online. To book an urgent biometric appointment, you can call the VAC Contact Centre or go there in person.
